The First Peoples Festival celebrates Indigenous culture, art, music, language, oral traditions, and much more. Shop from cultural vendors from various tribal affiliations across the country, listen to live music performances, and enjoy traditional dances, singers, and drumming. Learn about the Indigenous Connection to the Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park, and take part in cultural demonstrations and workshops.

Vendors from tribes all over the country will be here. You can shop Traditional Acoma Pottery, Indigenous Designers fashion designers, Iroquois Beadwork and Quillwork, Navajo Jewelry, Birchbark Work, Caribou Antler Art, Ledger Art, Sand Drawings, Handmade Flutes, Handmade Drums, Wood Carvings, Sweet Grass, Sculptures, Ribbon Skirts and more.

All vendors must be Indigenous, Alaska Native, or members of a Federally Recognized Tribe.

2025 Cultural Demonstrators
First Peoples Festival is seeking proposals from Native American Cultural Demonstrators for the Festival and the special dinner on Friday evening at Twin Owl Steakhouse. Please tell us what you would like to share; Flute, Language, Dance, Story Telling, etc. Selected presenters will engage the public with cultural presentations and be provided a stipend and lodging. All demonstrators/performers/educators must be Indigenous, Alaska Native, or members of a Federally Recognized Tribe.
The deadline for proposal applications is October 1, 2024.
